Teens

Adolescence and teens can be a challenging time in learning who we are, how to engage with others and how to manage our emotions. Expressive arts and relational therapy can be an outlet to expressing emotions and building a deeper connection to ourselves. This process can be particularly beneficial for teens who are working through differences, such an exploring identity, or dealing with chronic pain or chronic illness. Somatic therapy can help teens feel more embodied with who they are in the world.
